service with a smile
Ok, so here is the fabulous subway story for the day, especially for Jenn. Keep in mind, this is not the way to address your subway employee.
So, first off the customers were really rouchy again, for the forth day in a row. Now, for the last 2 days the weather has been beautiful, so i have no idea what their problem is. First, the register is ringing up the wrong prices. So they demand that we ring everything up on a calculator and override everything on the computer. Fair, but extremely unreasonable. But we doit nayway, to make the customer happy. We are not to pleased, given the attitudes we have been subjected to. And then this guy orders his sandwich: turkey and swiss on wheat, SERVED WITH A SMILE. Ok, he said it to Jenn, not me, lucky for him. I am at the register laughing my ass of because that is so shitty. so when she makes the sandwich and brings it to me to ring it up, I ask her, did she remember to serve the smile. Sure enough, she sayd, there will be no smiles with the sandwich today. Surely, he was not pleased. But it shut him up, and I had a good life.
Just remember to say please and thank you to your sandwhich artists. We can't spit in your food, but we doo was the dishes, put us in a bad mood, and things might not get done the way they should!hahahaha
