Stupid people, everywhere!

I am just sitting in my bed. Doing whatever. I have not place to be until 3. I could do some laundry, I might knit, but I really have nothing to do and it feels so good. And tomorrow, the same exact thing. Maybe go to the gym tonight now this sick thing is done and overwith. I am relaxed, haha, and I forgot how very very great it feels.

Last night I attended a forum on the budget crisis with some people from the state and some economis peoples and some lawyers who all had things to say. What drives me crazy is not whether I agree with these people, but when people have no respect for the rules of engagement. You are in an auditorium full of people, you can't just shout out what you have to say, interupt people, and ramble on about the sales tax in Europe, and how you think that we should treat prisoners poorly because they were bad. Why can't we just cut 400k from the prison system? It isn't like the last 5 years they have been approaching the legislature for that 400k just so they can keep things running the way they should and avoid prison overcrowding. They don't need 400k. We will just take it from their heart transplants and such for death row inmates, because you know that that is where they are going to take it ALL from, and that they won't cut back activities that services and number or employees at the prison, which would make it a very hostile work environment. Because apparently if you work at a prison, your rights are just as important as the prisoner. I hate ignorant people. Laurenne, I might say you would agree. I sure her mom would want the little Manson Murderess running around all day at her work with nothing to do because the state cut prison funds and there is no one to keep her occupied/watch over her effeciently.

So I thought i lost my cell phone, looked everywhere for it, no dice, found it later in the dirt in front of my house, not quite sure how it got there, but alot of stress for sure. Brett, being the perfect boyfriend he is, bought piza and made it all better, and even though he had 2 tests today, we stayed up all night being chatty on the couch and cuddling and talking about religion and politics and good times in elementary school. I don't know if you could debate with him like I do with anyone else, because no matter how much we differ (usually a lot, especially when it comes to religion) we never fight. It is crazy. i would tear anyone else's head off I think. Well, maybe not Sarah. But that is because you really coudln't tear her head off, even if she said the most offensive thing she could find a smart ass way to defend it that you probably couldn't find a legitamate argument for (she is just so damn smart).

Today is partially cloudy with sunshine occasionally peeking through. It is warmer, and it might just be a nice day. Which is good. Because Pepe, my pepper plant, has been looking ill, and I think he needs a little sunshine.
